Admin Alchemist is designed to help you focus on your passion and the bigger picture. This means I will complete the tasks and admin that you loathe or just avoid. I’m highly organised, extremely professional and have a good head for figures. For 18 years, I successfully ran my own profitable gift boutique and in 2011 was named “EVA Retailer of the Year”.
After running my own successful business, I worked for a performance psychology company where I progressed from Executive Assistant to Company Secretary and Financial Controller; following a company restructure in 2017, I held the position of Head of Finance and Operations.
I understand how busy life can be and this is where Admin Alchemist can help you, I want to make sure all your energy is focused towards areas in your work and life that help you grow and do the things you want to do, leaving me to undertake tasks that help free your time.
I have a wealth of experience including detailed planning skills with focus on the end result, strong budgetary and time-management controls, excellent levels of customer service and liaising with many professions such as accountants, architects, consultants and suppliers. With years of organisational knowledge, I will be a versatile and great asset to your business. I pride myself on the fact that I take meticulous care in all that I do and have a strong work ethic.
